Mozzarella: No need to explain much, but a nice freshly made mozzarella is definitely something to be experienced. Many people only ever experience the supermarket stuff but if you find a hand made one you should give it a go. Give preference to a nice locally made Mozzarella that is fresh instead of one that has travelled a lot.
