I love almost all cheeses and am constantly discovering types previously unknown to me.
I gotta put in a good word for Velveeta.
Sharp cheddar, Havarti, Gouda, Colby, Swiss.
Those are my old standbys.
I can't remember the names of many recent cheese discoveries which I also love.
Also, if you've never had a pizza with Provel cheese, you're missing out.
Cheese, no wait, I mean Cheers! No, that's not right, either.

I love cheese, but I have to be careful how much I consume, as it can have an adverse effect on me. I won’t go into detail as (to much information) comes to mind. But here are a couple of pics of cheese I enjoy once in a while.
I like this white cheese that tastes like white cheddar dipped in wine sauce. Not sure what it’s called but it tastes super good. I also like Swiss cheese slices and will even eat them stand alone.
I love pretty much all cheese. I guess the type I choose depends what I'm putting it on. I love brie on a good cracker with a little smear of fig spread.

I only just tried “extra” sharp this summer and became addicted. I always bought mild but they were out.
My favorite is cheddar but I really don’t have a full and proper grasp on cheeses I just love the ones that I eat. Haha!
Extra Sharp…with a slight left over sting-bitter. Hot-n-spicy with end taste subtle molasses forthcoming. It’s a good Grind
Hard swiss type. I like Bergkäse with butter on bread and Maadamer on pizza or Lasagne.
Mozzarella is my favorite
Extra sharp well aged cheddar and gorgonzola.
I love them all. Gouda
Gruyere is my favorite, but I like most cheeses.
Mild cheddar is my favorite.
I mostly love ALL cheese.
