Yaass me too!! I love goat cheese. It always gives me a boost of energy. I think it has a lot to the fact that the goats are healthier than cows. The goats eat more grasses and food that is better for them where as the cows eat a lot of grain and don't get much exercise. Plus the cows are given a lot of antibiotics to keep them from getting sick and so they are just not healthy. I love eating my goat cheese in place of cream cheese for my bagels and it make your casseroles extra creamy. 😋
How to pick a favourite
I think maybe boring but cheddar is nice middle of the road cheese
I also like parmesan, mozzarella, provolone, pecorino, red Leicester, brie, Stilton, Camembert, edam and feta
As well as krolewski which is Polish but remarkably hard to find in the UK
I love this Kerrygold Aged Cheddar. It pairs nicely with a red wine.
Monterrey, provolone, and cream cheese are some of my favorites. Some of the stinkier cheeses are not appealing to me.

Blue cheese, swiss cheese and cottage cheese wrapped in banana leaves.
I like smoked cheddar cheese and hickory farms cheese - all the flavours except the super cheesy yellow kind. I also love cheese balls - usually all their flavours taste good.
Blue cheese like stilton are my favourite. I do like hard cheeses like cheddar but they've got to be high end farm cheeses not factory ones.
Oh no i dislike cheese. It's better when it's drowned out by the taste of tomato paste on pizza or tasteless thanks to the way the burger is made. Safe to say my favorite cheese is plastic.
I have a soft spot for Feta cheese. I worked in a Greek restaurant & ate it before I knew what it was on a salad. You may like it; has sheep's milk with up to 30% goats milk added.
Mozzarella. And although not my favorites, I like White American, Swiss, Provolone, and Cheddar, as well.
I do love me some feta cheese, which I'm pretty sure is goat cheese. Other favorites are parmesan, asaigo. Don't forget good ol' cheddar!
Ricotta, Havarti, Feta, Cottage & American are my favorites.
I like a few, Wensleydale, Brie, Camembert - baked with bread to dip in to it
I really love Coby & Pepper Jack! Aged Cheddar past 7 years is also a huge favorite.
