Bananas are generally more convenient due to sturdiness, potassium and more prebiotics. Flavor-wise, equal. I do tend to think better after strawberries though.

Depends, if I’m wanting something filling and quick. (Banana) I like making banana bread as for strawberries I bake them into muffins but I prefer just eating them fresh and if I want something sweeter but don’t want to go crazy with sugar I freeze whip cream and eat along side the berries. But if you asked me my favorite fruit out of the two strawberries. 🍓
