You need to keep in mind that McDonald's tailors their menu to the local populace.
For instance, I grew up in the NYC metro area, so McD's hamburgers had ketchup on them - no mustard. Why? Because that's the way everybody in NY grew up and ate their hamburgers.
One day when I was in college in upstate NY, I got a McD's hamburger. And it hit me... "Something is different". I lifted up the bun and *gasp!* there was ketchup but also...
YELLOW MUSTARD!
I've grown to like that and, living in Missouri now, I put both on a burger if I make it.
But, McD's really modifies its menu based on location.
Another example: About 20 years ago, my wife and I spent a weekend in Montréal, Québec, Canada. Before heading home to the Albany NY area, we first went to a local McDonald's (*) to get breakfast. I don't remember what she got, but I got poutine. You are NOT going to find poutine in an American McDonald's.

ANOTHER EXAMPLE:
I notice you are from Germany. I see items in your poll that I have never seen in the US.
McSpicy
McPlant
The McPlant is solely in Germany I believe, but the McSpicy is primarily in southeast Asia.
========================
So, to answer your question, I can't really because there might be some McDonald's out there somewhere that has something that I'd love but I didn't know it was on the menu. ... like poutine. I didn't know McDonald's had poutine in Canada until I went there. I didn't know about the McPlant and McSpicy until I read this question.
(*) We went to this McDonald's:
1 Notre-Dame St W, Montreal, Quebec H2Y 1S5, Canada

If I must buy McDonalds I buy only the following:
The Breakfast menu at my local franchise is poor quality, and the coffee lids always open jagged, so I usually have to tear a hole where the opening is. I mean, you get what you pay for... acne and the occasional stomach ache?

In the 1990s, McDonaldâs sold a sandwich called the Cajun McChicken, and I was hopelessly addicted to it. Hot and spicy, the Cajun McChicken was a breaded chicken patty sprinkled liberally with black pepper. Served on a sesame seed bun with shredded lettuce and a healthy (thereâs an oxymoron) dollop of mayonnaise, the Cajun McChicken was like nirvana in a paper sack. They have the McChicken now that was introduced in the early 2000s, but it is nowhere close to as good as the Cajun Chicken

I only eat their chicken foods and breakfast items. I do want to try a McRib though.
That's actually a good sandwich. Tastes somewhat generic though.
I would never put this sht in my body , the super high processed rubbish , that does just basically kill you slowly , also linked to dementia early onset , and can to passed to your unborn offspring for childhood dementia , its just vital , that with information you understand the danger of this stuff , its never , ever , ever , and its not an option , its not okey.
I read recently that dementia is common in socially withdrawn people low in vitamin d. I'm not disagreeing with the diet thing though. I have read that also.
@Sharkstealth Both are relevant without doubt my friend..
But this stuff as a given option? For people in their 20s or less? Its just a NEVER , and someone needs to push the truth home.
I met a commercial fisherman, and he told me the McNuggets are actually punched out of the wings of barn door skates.

I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but it makes me wonder what was punched out to make those fake McRibs. Aardvarks?

The McLobster wins & after that give me a 20 piece Chicken McNuggets, a McRib & a few apple pies.
I havenât eaten McDonaldâs since 1997, haha
I used to get a McMuffin with hash browns every morning for breakfast but, they never bother to cook the bacon completely, even when I asked for it to be cooked well, and biting into rubbery bacon would get me sick so, I stopped buying it.
MCDonalds Has Gotten Worse Since Covid. Smaller Sandwiches, Dried Up Fries But the Shakes are The Best from the Rest. xxoo
I prefer real food. Who knows what McDonald's is. I would feel bad for feeding to an animal.
I go to McDonald's only if I need to use the facilities.
