My weight is about 270 my weight used to be 335& I am trying to get it lower most of the time I try to eat in a day starting in the morning two slices of toast with jelly & 1/2 a cup of milk I have problems with flem & for dinner, I have 4 ozs of shredded lettuce & dressing one slice of white bread with peanut butter, for a snack have a bowl of a low-calorie frozen yogurt, some times I like to have bananas or a certain kind of apple

you know your body, but that's a lot of carbs in my view. I found as I got up into 50's... I cut back to 2 meals a day and limit carbs. much better. good job losing weight, you can do it!
@fantasticass I used to have a thyroid problem, but I have taken medication to keep it in check, but I am still very heavy, some families that is the way they are. you must look at the whole family. but yes look at the children in the family if they are overweight & there are no health problems, their diet must change before it is too late

Not sure of the details (since eating so-called "healthy" food tends to make you feel like crap), but I'm cheap, fast, and easy.
But less of a nut than a fruit, and less of a fruit than a vegetable, so... uh-oh. Better take up cannibalism.
The proteins/amino acids/vitamins you consume metabolize and build the cells which compose you. A body builder eats lots of steak for the protein within it. The proteins from the steak are used to build those muscles. So ya, you are what you eat.

Yes & no. Ofc not in a literal sense. But I do believe ofc that what we eat matters. Especially if our body is able to properly absorb it and extract some sort of benefit from it. Skip to 13:22 for a good example of one way this wouldn't apply as accurately.

Yes I do. Generally if you eat healthily your skin hair and teeth will look healthier. I wouldn’t be surprised if eating unhealthily could change the shape of your teeth or face or nails.
