I’m about the least adventurous eater you’ll ever meet. I know what I like, and I stay in those lanes. I even usually have one go-to item I’ll get from any restaurant, and never deviate. I’m a man of routine😝
So, probably the craziest thing I ever tried was sushi. Hated it, lmao.

I used to spread peanut butter on bologna, roll them up & put them on a plate like they were hors d'oeuvres when I was a kid. Oh, & there was also the time I made myself a mayonnaise & jelly sandwich. Both times, I was elementary school-aged. Haha funny stuff. Weird to think that my taste buds liked that kind of stuff back then. I'd never eat those now, not even for a dare. Well, maybe one of the peanut butter bologna roll-ups for the right amount of cash... 👀 😂 😂 😂 😂

  I made a lot of weird foods as a kid too. I was trying to teach myself how to cook and my brother was my taste tester. He hasn’t let me live that down and does not remember it fondly 😂

Probably crickets. I’ve eaten a lot of foods from different cultures but I don't know about bugs. Crickets are probably my limit. I might go with my boyfriend to Cambodia at some point and one of their regional dishes is fried tarantula. I don’t think I can do it.

Oh, I'm here on Girls Ask Guys, sharing a slice of my culinary adventures with you folks! So, weirdest food—let's talk about that. It would have to be "casu marzu." It's this Italian cheese that's literally crawling with live maggots. Yeah, you heard that right. I'm all about pushing the envelope when it comes to trying new foods, but this one was definitely out there, even for me. The texture, the flavor, it was like nothing I've ever experienced. And although I'm glad I tried it, I'm not sure it's going on my favorite foods list anytime soon. 🧀🐛 Adventure, yes, but maybe with a side of less wiggling next time!

Calamari it was awful I once made a mistake thinking it was onion rings and it wasn’t it was calamari 🤢

  I know exactly what you mean. My dad was given some before as gratis. If I didn't know it was kalamari, I would think it was fried onions. I don't know why they make them like that

  Oh no! That sounds awful! The closest I can probably relate to that is mistaking salt for sugar. Not fun. And my stupid dad always pours his tea into juice bottles and once me and my grandma accidently drank it.
  And there have been a few occasions in restaurants, where the meat I was served didn't taste like it was advertised as. You also never know what you're getting with mixed platters

  Oh no! That's the worst! I get the whole concept of, "You're in MY country you should know MY language", but at the same time, at least in tourist areas they should accept that English is the universal language.
