I've always like Chinese the best but I tried some Taiwanese cuisine lately, I think it's even better! My new favorite and it's quite underrated. And since I've had Chinese more, it became like too mainstream to me. I'll rank mine

In Asia I also like Indian, Indonesian and Filipino cuisine, because I'm a vegetarian, and these cuisines have lots of delicious vegetarian food.

Chinese cuisine by itself is already pretty diverse and a lot of their provinces have different flavor profiles. So if Taiwan is a Chinese province, it's going to be another kind of Chinese cuisine. But now Taiwan is a different country so I am putting it in a separate poll. And as for Korean, North or south, its still Korea.
