What’s your favourite Asian dish?

I am Indian so removing local Indian dishes.
my favourite Nepali food is = momos and dumplings.
Chinese foods are = chowmein, Gobi Manchurian, spring rolls, Szechwan fried rice and Hakka noodles.
afghan= Kabuli Pulao, Korma, Kofta, afghani chaap. pulao and kofta are similar to ours but their's are slightly different.
and all the grilled items like all forms of tikka chaap, chaap rolls and paneer tikka. they are very close to kababs.
