I was randomly hit with a strong need for fizzy Coke candies.. not the regular. Makes me wonder if there is something in them my body requires in this moment or it's something else that triggered the craving.

I can relate. In my twenties I often drove to the gas station just to get my marzipan bar and a Mars or Twix. The little cola bottles are from Haribo, I assume? 🤔🤤

  It’s well accepted that cravings are the minds way of notifying us of a nutritional deficiency. Unfortunately it’s not always the right foods that we associate with those cravings.
  
  Case in point the cravings that are common to pregnant women. Sometimes they find satisfaction eating laundry detergent 🧐🤨😳
