I haven't eaten anything. I've been doing alternate day fasting for a little over 2 weeks now.
ADF is exactly what it sounds like. You basically just alternate days where you eat and where you don't. I didn't eat today, so I'll eat tomorrow. It's nice because I don't really have to think about it. Plus, it shrinks your stomach, so when you do eat, it takes less food to make you full.
I used to do that. But i ate too much junk food wheb i got to eat
You definitely have to be mindful of what you're eating on those feast days. What was your guilty pleasure?

For breakfast I had a bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and a few raisins, for lunch I had a Cobb salad and a greek yogurt with mango. For dinner I baked a fresh Stealhead trout fillet with lemon slices and cooked some rice in low sodium chicken stock to have mixed with some black beans and my trout.
Breakfast. Bacon sausage mushrooms egg and coffee
Mid morning snack. Fruit cake and tea plus a couple of fresh figs
Lunch. Vegetarian Lasagne and salad. A few apricots.
Afternoon tea. Coffee and biscuits plus a banana
Evening meal. Cornbeef rissole, chips, curry and a can of coke.
Supper. A cheese toasties and cup of horlick
One caramel muffin and an iced coffee full of cream.
... Shit I forgot to eat.
Tomorrow I will make up for it.

I had a bowl of Raisin Bran for breakfast I feel sick today so all I had was a bowl of pastina for supper.
Cajun Turkey and Spivey cheese sticks and something else I won’t say here other than it was calorie free.
