
Has anybody ever tried this type of smoothie before?


A smoothie like that looks good & itโs a good combination. You have healthy fats from the avocados, you have potassium from the bananas, you have calcium from the milk & with the walnuts you have a lot of good vitamins & minerals.
Add a little spinach for more protein.
