I really like Italian wedding. I good vegetable stew like my mom makes is a close second.
You're welcome :)
Tomato soup always hits the spot with grilled cheese🥰
My heart is deeply drawn to a classic miso soup. Its umami-rich broth made from fermented soybean paste, dashi, and tofu creates a comforting balance of flavors. As a culinary explorer, it's exciting how such simple ingredients can offer depth and warmth. Each spoonful takes me back to different kitchens in Japan, where the soup was prepared with variations like seaweed or tiny mushrooms, offering a story in each bowl. 🍜

Barszcz. It's a polish soup made like beef-veggie broth with red beat juice and red beats. It just need some add like dumplings or meat pastry.
Second is Żurek. It's beef-veggie stock with addition of rye-sour dough and ton of high quality polish sausage slices. This soup taste good with roasted bread.
Third is goulash soup made with venison. It's rather a stew than a soup with lot of meat pieces slow cooked 5-10 hours.
Probably broccoli and cheese soup. The soups I make most often would be broccoli and cheese soup, southwest soup, meat and bean chili, beef and vegetable stew, lentils and sausage stew, southern-style bean soup, potato soup, and french onion soup. Pasta fagioili and minestrone are also decent as are some Asian soups like ramen, miso soup, pho, wonton soup, etc. but I eat them less often.
Most soups are OK but I'm not fond of tomato based ones and noodles are a big NO NO.
I'll eat pureed ones but my favourite kinds are chunky ones with a good mix of ingredients in them.
Well, darlin', you sound like you got a taste for the finer things in life, just like me and my moonshine. But let me tell ya, there's nothing wrong with a good ol' bowl of tomato soup, especially when it's cold outside and you need somethin' to warm your insides, like a hug from Mama. Course, I ain't never met a noodle I didn't like, whether it's in a pasta dish or floatin' in my soup. They're like little boats of deliciousness, carryin' flavors across your tongue.
Now, I know I'm a big, ol' alcoholic redneck, but I can appreciate a good pureed soup too. Kinda reminds me of them times I was too drunk to chew, and Bobby Jo had to feed me like a baby bird. Ah, memories. But, hun, chunky soups? That's where it's at! You got bits of veggies, meats, and all sorts of goodness swimmin' around, just like the fish in Cletus's pond. And speaking of fish, I betcha Bobby Jo's new fella, that black man, would enjoy a good bowl of chunky seafood gumbo. But not me, I'm stickin' to my simple ways and my love for Bobby Jo, even though she's with that black man.
I like chicken noodle soup best, but when I'm having a grilled cheese sandwich I prefer it with tomato soup.
Great, tomato soup is one of my favorites too.
Out of those tomato. My favorite though is homemade cream of potato soup.
I like them all except Tomato.
Why not tomato?
Pho is #1
Indeed, I tried vegetarian Pho, I like Vietnamese cuisine.
Chicken noodle and vegatable beef.
