How often do you have dessert?

Rarely. I do make pies (banana cream, French silk or crepes) for my boyfriend but I will rarely eat any, unless it's a holiday, like Thanksgiving or Christmas lol Then I'll give myself permission to pig out.

I like the way they do it in South America. There’s desert after the main meal always, but a very small portion of something sweet…one or two bites.

Its not a regular occurrence for me. Not to say that I don't occasionally have dessert, but we almost never have it at home, occasionally if we eat out, and when we visit family.
