There’s this French Canadian meal called ”Poutine” from where I am (Quebec) made up of French fries topped with cheese curds and gravy, would u taste it, any thoughts on it?

In the UK some chipshops sell cheesy chips and gravy. Personally I'm not a fan. We tend to use ordinary cheese here not curds
