Which is the tastiest tail?

We're often encouraged to eat snout to tail but it's fair to say the tail is the more popular. But which is your favourite?

Pig tails

Ox tail

Lamb tail

Fish tail

I make a great ox tail stew. That's the only kind of tails I've ever seen in a store.
At one time, they were really inexpensive. But they somehow became gourmet and expensive.

Of course there is another kind of tail that is particularly delightful. 😃😛😋

Maybe if I were in a survival situation, I'd eat tails. It's a thought-provoking question. Why do tails disgust me? Maybe it's the thought of it being so close to an anus.

I'll add a vote for lobster tails. But only cold water lobsters. The New England and Canadian lobster. I've eaten had a warm water lobster that I liked.
