Ok so my favorite food could be cake lol if I'm honest. But I know I can't live on that. So my favorite food is I like meat and potatoes.
N******, I like artichokes. I like vegetables. I like fruits.

Just for the fact each one of our bodies chemistries are different. But each food are fruit or vegetables that we have on this planet. Some way somehow there's a healing property to it

And if you exercise well , you're young and think about every Thing you put into your mouth. Is it going to be a health benefit Or is it going to be A cancer-causing product man-made that will mess you up somewhere down the road as you get older. When I was a teen, I never even thought about it.
And I wish I would have.
Add places like these questions to be asked. Or answered or you could read somebody's questions and answers because. In America just about any man-made product that we have is cancer. Causing or has chemicals in it. Are foods have chemicals? Our fruits are vegetables have chemicals are water as chemicals. And it's just a never-ending battle. We need to change this. Life style. So I thank you for this question Maybe other Young teens will read this. I want to do something about it because they're the next generation. Right now it's bad with my generation. It's so sad that our government Don't care about their grandchildren or their children. Otherwise you wouldn't be like this. But greed and the old mighty dollar changed all of them. That's why they need to all get out of there now
