I always had cereal for my breakfast with my parents, and I still do now I have my own place, and I think it's an important part for my digestion system. I have a mixture of cereals depending on how much time I have to make them, but I have the classical cereals such as porridge, cornflakes, and the wheat varieties all with milk.
