Last night the yogurt was near its expiration date so I ate about 5-10 times the normal serving of yogurt and today the scale says I'm at the weight I was at before my parents went on vacation. I felt weird today cause I only had one fruit in the house that I eat, I never eat apples unless I need sugar or I am putting it in my smoothie.
Yogurt isn't a necessary part of your diet. You can get the same nutrients from milk and other dairy products. Fruits, however, are crucial. They provide a ton of minerals and vitamins, and a LOT of fibre.

greek yogurt is a great source of protein if you get a sat fat free version that doesn't have a lot of added sugar

No yogurt. Most yogurt in supporters is loaded with sugar.
You shouldn’t eat 5-10x what you normally do just because food is going to expire. Throw it out. You wanna not waste food then mealplan
