yeah burrata is pretty good. For an appetizer, I like to slice a pint of cherry tomatoes, dice some purple onion, EVOO, S&P and some fresh garlic and bake at 425 for like 10-15 mins. Sprinkle some fresh basil on top and then put the burrata in the middle of the baking dish. cut it open and serve on a toasted baguette slice.

It’s like a mozzarella ball only it’s filed with stracciatella and cream.. so a firm outer layer of mozzarella with a creamy inside of shredded mozzarella that’s been soaked in cream
