Got tired of chicken and don't have enough of fish and chips. For lunch tomorrow I'll have some. Maybe some catfish.

I cooked some salmon like catfish a couple weeks ago, fried in a pan with butter and a lot of blackened seasoning and a squeeze of lemon at the end

What did you have with it? I usually like Spinach for some reason. If it was Cod I'd have chips and tartar sauce. I never have tartar sauce on Salmon. It robs the Salmon of its taste in my opinion.
