How much can you tolerate spicy food?

Very well. It doesn't give me any problems.

My tolerance for the heat isn't as high as it was when I was eating super spicy food a lot, but I still enjoy lots of spice.
When I lived in the Los Angeles area, I had a few favorite restaurants that had super spicy food. One Korean restaurant had killer spicy seafood soup. And one small Indian restaurant got to know me. The chef would kick up the heat. And there were a couple of BBQ restaurants that had a choice of spicy sauces.
When I'm sweating, my nose is running, tears are running down my cheeks, and the burning in my mouth is almost unbearable but the food, itself, is delicious, I'm in heaven

At times, my wife and I will be at an Indian, Thai, Korean, Mexican or BBQ restaurant and she'll ask me if my dish is spicy. When I say "No, not really", she'll ask for a taste then fan her hand in front of her mouth and say "Oh my! My mouth is on fire!" And I'm thinking there is barely any heat at all. LOL
