I hear there's some in tea, maybe more than in coffee but, I only ever have one cup of tea per day, UNLESS I eat something at lunch or dinner (eggs, French toast, pancakes, anything with gravy) that warrants tea, then, I'll have another 2 or 3 cups. But, I'm NOT like all these coffee drinkers that HAVE to have it 24/7. I REALLY don't understand what the attraction is!
I have problems with caffeine, I'm overly sensitive to it, it makes me sick.
Coffee is an integral part of my culinary adventures. I thrive on exploring the different flavors, from the robust espresso shots in Italy to the delicate tea ceremonies in Japan. ☕ While I enjoy the energizing kick that caffeine provides, I'm more captivated by the cultural experiences and stories that coffee holds within. Whether it's a local café in a hidden alleyway or a renowned coffee house, each cup brings a moment of discovery and connection.

Caffeine doesn't do much for me
Not much, for me, coffee is just a dessert.
