I used to have 1-2 cups of coffee at work/class everyday, and now it’s down to once a week or so.
How often do you consume caffeine?

Around 8 cups per day since I work 12 hours per day and have a 30 minute commute both ways and have to do treatment in the morning and at night which takes 30 minutes each and about 10 minutes to get ready after that stuff in the morning, leaving me very little freetime and requiring me to get up very early at 4:20
I have quit a LOT of vices over the last few months. Tobacco, excessive drinking, junk food, sugar, etc...
Leave my caffeine alone!! I drink like a tumbler and a half (large tumbler) every day. Black tea at night too
Good on you for quitting those harmful habits!
However, coffee isn’t a vice and has a lot of benefits. But it’s good to make sure you consume it in moderation
That’s a healthy way to go about it :)
This body is a temple devoted to a goddess
And if i ever start drinking coffee im gonna be tired if i dont drink it so im never starting
About 3 times a week I'll drink coffee. I've cut a lot out since I've been trying to get pregnant. I use to drink it everyday

Depends how much milk i have i suppose. But caffeine also comes in Pop and energy drinks which i do indeed partake. So i dunno just multiple times a day i guess.
I used to consume 1 to 3 cups of mocha daily but not anymore. I might again consume coffee in the future. Till then I’m currently on a caffeine-free lifestyle.
I drink it every morning because of my ADD. I try not to drink it too late in the day because it impacts the quality of my sleep. I was pretty good with avoiding it later in the day until the pandemic struck and now I find myself off schedule, sleeping more and drinking caffeine later
2 cups of coffee a day between 11 am and 12 pm. Nothing before nor after. No energy drinks, no pills.
Two small espresso or latte at morning.
I didn't drink coffee for a while and didn't have symptoms like headache or apathy. Of course caffeine gives me small motivation boost for two hours, without coffee this boost comes as well but later.
I'm home and I'm lazy so no caffeine for me but I don't like the idea of artificially messing with my head.
2 cups of coffee / tea in the morning
3-4 glasses of soda during the day
Kaluha/Milk before I sleep
Taking Midol is the closest I get to consuming caffeine.
2-3 coffees a day... a reduction on my old 5-6 cups a day (the was a reduction on the 4 Red Bulls a day I used to drink)
I drink coffee in the mornings I have classes, and soda throughout the day.
I’m addict to black coffee lol I actually like it about 48+ounces a day. It’s about the only thing I drink, hate alcohol.
I take two cups a day, try to not get more of that.
After I hit the point of 4-6 red bulls, a 12 pack of Dr Pepper, and 4-6 liters of Coke a day, i quit. It made my teeth and my brain hurt. Now half a Coke will keep me up for 36 hours easily.
I pretty much OD on caffeine every morning. 6 to 10 cups is a little excessive eh? I should really cut back to 2-4 cups.
I’m a caffeine addict. I drink coffee in the morning and sometimes will have that, pop or an energy drink during the day.
I've gone months without. I drink tea when I'm testing or sick. I got a new Job though, so I'm probably going to Drink some more.
