What is your favorite way to make a drink?

I’ve been experimenting with espresso martinis but haven’t found a version I’m in love with. What is your favorite to make and what do you usually use to make it?

I own a bar so I make them all, some that I never even heard of before being asked to make it and my favorite way is behind my bar where I have all the ingredients right behind me for whatever someone may ask for, and I along with my other bartenders are not shy about asking how to make some of the strange requests if we can't locate them in our online search.

I love making cocktails. I usually make old fashioneds, but also make mai tais in the summer and just about anything. I have a nice yeti shaker I got for Father's day
