I am neutral. Their food is weak tasting. I ate at that burger joint last year because we were at a tourist location where every thing else was marked up and that burger place was the only average priced item out there. Everything else was priced for multi-millionaires.

It used to be the best burger in LA, by far, and people waited in line for hours to get one.

Then they sold out and started using cheap ingredients and made the restaurant into a chain and went national.

Now they are junk and people still wait in long lines, not because they're good, but because they heard that's what you're supposed to do. They're not getting the same In N Out burgers that used to taste amazing.
