I love malt vinegar on my fish.
I don't put it all over right away because it gets soggy.
I cut in into pieces and dip it into the malt vinegar and man oh man - that's the way to eat it!😋

I do a low carb diet, so no chips, but i use malt vinegar on all my seafood.

It's OK but I nearly always get a pot of curry to dip them in instead.

Chipshop vinegar is actually fake vinegar.

Hell no! Vinegar absolutely stinks to high Heaven and chips are weird ant don't taste nice. Fish is best enjoyed at the seaside, and I live inland.

Up here in Canada we use the white vinegar. Most of my friends from the US think we are weird till they try it.
