Im surprised no one has mentioned Tuna Steaks

We have fish at least three meals a week in our home. Our favorite seems to be the Mahi Mahi, then Gulf Grouper and wild caught Sockeye Salmon. Sometimes if I am down by the docks when the boats are returning it's possible to get Red Snapper, Sea Bass, and Flounder at bargen prices.

At the restaurant we serve fresh Mahi Mahi, Grouper, Frozen Cod, and Great Lakes Walleye and Ocean Perch, Ahi Tuna is a huge seller here as well.

I'm Pescatarian but I'm leaning more towards vegetarian. When I first stopped eating meat and poultry, I would eat seafood at least once every day.

Now , I only have it about 2-3 times a week , sometimes less.

I love a good fatty fish. Salmon is one of my favorite. I make a really good shrimp fried rice. I also love scallops, lobster , cod, halibut and tilapia.

Fish and chips is so good. I'll make my own batter.

I have seafood a few times a month. Salmon is my favorite, in sushi or lightly pan-fried.

@CubaPirate Re: your update. I've had dolphin steaks, which are a bit sweeter a=than tuna steaks. That's the dolphin fish, by the way, not the dolphin mammal.

I eat seafood pretty often, at least a few times a week, because I love how light yet flavorful it can be 🐟

My absolute favorite is probably salmon, especially grilled or lightly cured with a bit of citrus and herbs. It reminds me of a tiny seaside place in Liguria where I had salmon crudo with olive oil and sea salt, so simple but unforgettable 🇮🇹✨
