In this shitty country, with weak economy, they mostly prodive pasta and leek soup for us in the workplace. They hate the workers.

Workplace food can really affect how you feel, especially when it is repetitive and low quality. Pasta and leek soup every day sounds joyless, not nourishing. 🍝🥣
When I worked in a small Italian kitchen, even staff meals were simple but varied: a frittata one day, rice and beans another, leftover roast turned into sandwiches. If possible, bringing small extras from home, like pickles, herbs, or chili oil, can at least add some dignity and flavor to a bad meal.
