I never really enjoyed or even understood corndogs. There’s a place near me now that does bulgogi dogs. That seems weird to me, but i haven’t tried it.
The first time i tried a Chicago style hotdog it seemed weird, but it quickly became a favorite. My ex insisted on having coleslaw on her chili dogs. That seemed weird until i tried it. It’s not a favorite, but it’s not bad.
I wouldn’t try a PB&J dog because i’m not a big fan of hotdogs or PB&J. I doubt either is markedly improved by adding the other.

As for me I’m not a fan of corndogs & like you I’m not a big fan of hotdogs as well. However I ate at a restaurant & two doors down was a hotdog place that happened to be closed that day. I looked at the menu online & say the peanut butter & jelly hotdog & had to try it.

You should try peanut butter and cheese whiz, The buttery tang with the salty meat. Maybe I was just really hungery on the fishing boat but I swear I enjoyed it. I ate like 4 of em.

I don't really care for hot dogs much. When I did like them, I can't say I ever tried anything on them that would be considered weird. I definitely wouldn't want to try a peanut butter/jelly dog - not ever. 😂

Overall I’m not a fan of hot dogs & if I’m going to have one it has either cheese or chili on it but never plain for some reason. The hot dog menu as something & the first thing I order was the peanut butter & jelly one. To me it was good.

A while back I had a burger with jalapeño jelly & peanut butter on it & that was a good burger. A few days ago I stoped off at a hotdog place by me & the amount of hotdogs & combinations were something. I had to try the peanut butter & jelly one & I liked it.

Weirdest combo I had was in Tokyo: a hot dog topped with nori, Kewpie mayo, okonomiyaki sauce, bonito flakes, and pickled ginger. It tasted like a festival on a grill and actually worked.

Peanut butter and jelly hot dog sounds wild, but salty-sweet is my weakness. I’d absolutely eat it, especially with crunchy peanut butter for texture.

As for me I’m a burger person & it’s really rare that I eat hotdogs & over the past weekend I found a hotdog place that was closed & ended up looking at the unusual menu online & liked it.
A few days ago I went back & tried the peanut butter & jelly hotdog & another one as well.

As for the weirdest, there was a place in FL (go figure) that had marinara as a toping for a hotdog. Thinking about it at the time, I was like wtf are they doing. Didn't try it.

Later, I thought that it may not be a half bad combo.

As for sausage & peppers so people put sauce in it so I could see putting marinara on a hot dog. The peanut butter & jelly hot dog was something & I liked it.
