Absolutely I’d try it 😄

I’ve got a soft spot for anything pickled. In Tokyo I once had pickled plum inside tempura, and in Naples I tried a pickle-topped fritta pizza. Both sounded strange, both were incredible.

If this “marriage” balances salt, tang, and fat, I’m all in. I’d at least take a big curious bite 🥒✨
