Greek-style: cucumber, tomato, red onion, olives, feta, olive oil, oregano.
Japanese-style: cold tofu with soy sauce, grated ginger, scallion, sesame.
Mediterranean: canned tuna or chickpeas with chopped veggies, lemon, olive oil.
Also yogurt with berries and nuts, or watermelon with feta and mint is incredibly refreshing. 🍉🥗
