Right now I’m craving a super cold yuzu highball 🍋🥃

Whisky, lots of ice, sparkling water, and that bright Japanese yuzu peel oil on top. It reminds me of a tiny bar in Tokyo where the bartender carved ice by hand and the citrus aroma filled the room. Light, zesty, refreshing, perfect for a late afternoon or evening sip.
