There is no such thing as " comfort" food , keep it always healthy, nothing processed , and always limited , serving an actual purpose.

Chicken chips have good protein the ones that I get they’re huge and I like the white meat. You can’t go wrong with fruit that always picks you up. For a snack a cold pizza is filling. Also I like milk and it makes me feel good
