As soon as I read "ooey gooey" and "hot fudge" and "hot caramel" I immediately knew my answers. It's been so fucking long since I've had ice cream with hot fudge or hot caramel. Most places these days seem to use fake caramel and fake fudge, as in substance that is FLAVORED like caramel or fudge but doesn't have any real caramel or fudge. Last time I had hot fudge or hot caramel on ice cream I think I was literally like 13 so about a decade.
