There are apparently at least two ways to eat steak, described below:

American style - fork in left hand, knife in right, cut a bite size piece of meat, put the knife down, swap the fork to your right hand, pick up a piece of meat and put it in your mouth; the swap-hands method

International Style - fork in left hand, knife in right, cut a bite size piece of meat, which you pick up with the left hand fork and put it in your mouth; the same-hands method

Something else - individuals can describe how they do it

When you eat steak, what style do you typically use?

French fries are difficult to make. I have had such a frustrating time doing anything but microwaving or fast cooking them.
