Have you ever had a Fortuneless Cookie at a Chinese Restaurant?

When you eat at a Chinese Restaurant, they usually give you a fortune cookie at the end, a cookie with a small slip of paper that typically has a saying on one side and lucky numbers on the other.

Today, we got some take-out from a local Chinese Restaurant. I had a chicken and noodles dish, which was delicious. When I opened the fortune cookie, though, there was nothing inside... a fortuneless cookie.

My wife then joked that meant bad things for me, a bad omen.
