Young buck or a doe are likely better than meat cows fed with protein rich food to gain mass soon as possible. However some deer sorts like European fallow deer are farmed today as well and don't see a straw of hay their entire life.
Both taste good to me.
Thank you for the MHO. 💜
Beef jerky and deer (venison) jerky both have their charm 😋
Beef jerky is usually milder, fattier, and more consistent in texture. It’s great for classic smoky, sweet, or spicy flavors.
Deer jerky is leaner, gamier, and more intense, with a deeper, wilder taste.
I’d pick deer jerky for flavor adventure and beef jerky for everyday snacking.

Beef tastes better. Deer isn’t bad though and leaner. Not that it matters by the time you season it with all that unhealthy seasoning.
I’ve never had deer jerky, but I do enjoy a good beef jerky that’s high-quality
Never tried deer so I'll go with beef
