I've never had a problem making pastry, it's pretty simple and always turns out fine. I've made different types of sweet and plain kinds, I don't overthink or do anything special. Some say you need cold hands, others that you have to sell your soul to the devil first. Either way, making pastry is something a lot of people struggle with.

But what about you?

i just tried British chocolate for the first time as an American and it was so fucking GOOOOD. it was Aero and Cadbury. im not even big on chocolate either, but i just like UK's texture more

So I make it at home with cream of coconut or coconut water and pineapple juice. I had never tried it until this year and I love the taste 💯

We're often encouraged to eat snout to tail but it's fair to say the tail is the more popular. But which is your favourite?

With the exception of fish cheeks all types benefit from long cooking and it tends to be more of a restaurant cut of meat, although most supermarkets do stock it.

But which type of cheeks do you like?

Bivalves are shellfish that come in a two part shell and are valued for the morsel of meat within. But which one do you like best? I'll eat them all but never enjoyed razor clams.

I live in a coastal area and seafood has long been part of my diet. I eat a wide range of fish and shellfish and I'm pretty confident in preparing the different types. However I do know people who won't touch fish unless it's battered and cooked by someone else.

In the UK you're never more than 70 miles from the sea, but in places like the USA people can go their whole lives without ever seeing the sea. So I got wondering is there a relationship between distance from the sea and fresh seafood consumption?
