You don't have skype? How can you not have skype, Granddad? Do you not how know the internet works? It's a free download. A bog standard webcam is like 10£ or less. If you have a computer, you have skype.

It gives off the impression that you'd prefer to live in your own fantasy world, rather than interact with people face to face. It's really the next best thing if you don't have real world interaction.
