Why my girlfriend always holds my arm?

Question

Always when we walk together she holds my arm. Even when we are sitting at a table she prefers to sit near me and hold my arm or put her head on my shoulder.
The things get worst when there is another girls like her friends are with us he stick to me like I can't move!
I don't say don't love it but think its too much especially at my age I'm 27 and think this is a little childish she's 20 ant think its sweet and shows love.

Some people are more affectionate than others. But also, maybe you guys don't spend enough alone time together. I find, if we don't spend enough alone time together just watching movies etc by ourselves than i miss him more even when he's in my company. He notices i'm more touchy feely..

Its okay if you aren't that affectionate or publicly affectionate, lots of men aren't. Just bring it up with her, let her know you are too comfortable with that. If you are too shy to say that directly, then say you don't like be couply in public or around friends because you don't want to make others uncomfortable or feel bad. Particularly amongst friends that may or may not be in a relationship or going through a hard time in their relationship. and it may come across to them that you two don't want to be bothered or for others not to talk to you because you having a couples moment or couple time.

She may just be really affectionate. But when you are around other girls and her friends she may be just trying to show you off to them and making them jealous, or she is insecure and thinks that maybe you will leave her for one of them. It depends though... because if that is the case it is a childish thing to do but maybe she is just possessive. Do other girls flirt with you a lot, and especially while she is with you? That could have something to do with it. But as for when you are just alone with her and no one else around I can't explain that the only reason would be affection.

It's just a form of expressing affection she really likes. It must make her feel safe. As if she can depend on you when she clings to your arm. But that's just a guess.
I'm sure you have some form of expressing affection that might not be ok with her. Something you want to do that annoys her.
But most of the time when we associate the gesture with love, it stops bothering us. If it doesn't stop bothering you, just let let her know. I'm sure she'll agree and won't make a big deal out of it.

My ex showed me no affection at all whatsoever, I had to ask for it and 80% of the time I would get rejected, and you're complaining? damn, I wish I could have the same problems you have...appreciate what you got man, if it's really that much of a concern to you, just tell her, talk to her about it. she holds your arm cause she loves being with you and sex has nothing to do with that me and my wife holds hands and have our arms around each other and she holds my arm when we walk and I love every damn minute of it and we will be married 13 years this October

Well since she's still 20 that seems pretty normal to her I guess. But you're 27 so your much older and mature. You might feel its unnecessary but she's younger and you're older so there are bound to be stuff like this. Don't think it about let it just be as it is. After a while she will stop...but that's when you beg her to do that lol

for her the physical connection also is an emotional connection. she likes you and wants to be close to you and for people to know the connection you have.

if the behavior increases when you're around other girls it's probably because it reinforces the her emotional connection to you which may feel threatened around other girls

Honestly if i were to do that, my man must be the shit haha you even said that she's showing love and affection towards you. Embrace it! Hold her back just as tight. But if it really bugs you THAT much, then you need to talk to her. And don't feel like a jerk, if its something you feel bugs you, she should respect that and work with your needs. But damn, she loves you.
