She's always touching herself around me?

Does it mean anything? A woman in work near enough every time I talk to her, pass her something, even look at her, she will touch herself. By this I mean her face, neck, she's even scratched her legs before now. I'm concerned I make her uneasy for some reason? I can't think of a reason we have known each other for a while, I've been looking how she is around other people and she doesn't tend to do this. She mostly touches or even scratches the side of her neck. What's going on in her mind?

I do that a lot with this guy i liked when he stares at me i just like with itch my face or hold my neck, i think its just fidgeting to be honest and not knowing what to do!

Yea because when the guy i like is looking at me i try and play it cool and casual but i don't know what to do, i get all fidgety and shy!
