Do you tall girls ever have issues finding men? Side question (all girls) what is tall to you?

It's no secret that girls are usually attracted to the tall guys. With that being said, do you taller girls have issues finding guys due to your height (I ask because some girls REFUSE to date shorter than them).

My side question is what is tall to you? Let me bring in my girlfriend as an example. She's 4' 11" and says she loves tall guys. I'm 6'2" so I'm DEFINITELY tall enough for her lol. However, I have to wonder does "tall guys" mean relative to your (the girl's) height (5'5" would be considered short for a guy but it is still significantly taller than her 4'11") or does tall guy mean just that- tall. 5'10"+ ?

I think tall is in context of the speaker. Yes 5'5 is tall for a girl who is a mere 4'11. But strangely enough she dates a guy who is 6'2 which could be better suited for a girl who is 5'10+. For some reason girls want tall guys. Guys also ant short girls. I personally feel like when the distance is really large it seems like a pedophile daddy daughter situation.

Some women want tall guys to feel secure and protected. Im pretty sure a guy who is 5'5 can protect a girl who is 4'11. Some guys like short women because they feel dominant and a taller women would make them feel insecure.

The sad thing is some women give up on a descent guy simply due to height.

I'm 5'3'' and my boyfriend is 6'7'' so there's a huge difference there which to me he isn't just "tall" he's a fucking giant. For me a guy around 5'6'' and above would be tall to me. Finding a guy taller than me really isn't a task so I've never really thought about if I would date a guy less than my height, if I really liked him I would but I'm just not as attracted to really short guys as bad as I feel saying that. Kissing my boyfriend is a pain in the ass standing up, I usually stand on a few steps to reach him.

I'm almost 5'11 and I would say yes it's definitely harder for me to find a guy than my shorter friends. Most guys, even the tall ones, seem to like the cuteness of a shorter girl :/ and for us tall girls we tend to have tunnel vision and only look for the guys that are tall enough for us (instead of seeing that there are other great guys out there).

I used to read on forums all the time how tall girls would be annoyed at how short girls have stolen all the tall guys even when they have such a bigger pool of guys to choose from tall wise.

Personally I prefer the convenience of a taller girl for hugging and kissing purposes, but oh well can't help who you love and who loves you back c: .

In Europe you'd actually be considered the attractive one there. Short girls are the sought out ones in the US, but in Europe tall girls are considered the sexy ones.

If a girl is taller than me it's just kind of a turn-off, but other than that I don't really care how tall she is. I'm 6'2" as well though, so girls aren't usually taller than me, lol.

Oh the problem of being tall and dating a short girl is oh so fun xD.
Kissing while standing up requires a lot of effort and looks insanely awkward hunching down (although I just pick her up to my level which makes it look cute I suppose).
At prom it was hard to slow dance as her neck would hurt from looking up and my head would hurt from looking down.

Small things like that make it hard but it's oh so worth it c:!

YES! every guy that has ever shown interest in me has been shorter than me, which I guess I'm just too shallow to accept. I could never date someone shorter than me, I'm too self-conscious about my height already. Tall - to me- is typically someone a few (at least two or three) inches taller than me.

I'm like 5'8" and I play volleyball. I look at it like I'm prefer and i'm attracted to taller guys (than me) personally but if i meet a guy my height and slightly shorter I'd still give hime the time of day if he ends up being a candidate lol. most guys that were shorter than me proved to be unatractive but there are the lucky few who stand at 5'3" who can contend ^_^

I'm 6'1" and anyone around my height or taller is tall to me. I once had a guy tell me I was too tall for him to date, and I attributed it to the fact that most guys are uncomfortable with their girl being taller than them (I was taller than him).

My fiance is 6'4" and he loves that I'm almost as tall as he is :)

I am 5ft 9 and my other half is 6ft 2. I have to admit that his height did initially attract me to him (although I was the second tallest in the room) it is not his height that has kept me there 10 years down the line! I suppose most women like to feel protected and a big strong man makes you feel like that.

And no, I don't have issues finding men. I usually attract tall men but some shorter guys approach me too. My SO is about 6'2"-6'3" which is quite tall to me.

Any woman who hasn't banged a man slightly shorter than her, probably hasn't had really good sex in her life.

Im 5'9" and I've always had an issue growing up where the guys would all be shorter than me. It's been pretty 50/50 tho as far as guys I actually dated tho. Even know my bf is a few inches shorter than me. While I wish he was taller sometimes, it really doesn't matter. Least I don't look like a giant! Lol

They always seem to be intimidated by me or feel emasculated!!
To me tall is anything over 5'10''
