What does this mean? Does she like me.

While she was hugging me very tightly she rest her head on my shoulder near my neck and started to giggle a lot.

-Also what does it mean when you hug and both of your cheeks brush against each other during the hug and after your about to let go of her? Any meaning.

I'd say she felt happy hugging you and why she giggled ;D Definitely a good sign that she likes you! And the brushing of the cheeks I'd bet means you were both dying to kiss each other... being why you brought your mouths so close together. ;*

I think she definitely likes you and the giggle is just a nervous laugh. And your cheeks blushing? Nervous thing too, or possibly embarrassment. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'd say you like her too
