Everytime I talk to a woman in work she touches herself. Whether it be her face, neck, she touches her ear a lot, every time I talk to her or even sometimes just when I walk in to the room. Am I freaking her out?

This could be from insecurity on her part, or she may even be indirectly flirting with you. When im around a guy I am attracted to, I touch my face/neck area without even realizing it. She may be wanting to focus attention on a specific aspect of her face, or she could just be doing it out of a nervous habit.

Maybe she is just shy and thats her comfort zone. I don't have the option to be shy because of my husbands career and my future career and volunteering. But I do touch my face when I am a little uncomfortable. She could be doing the same and it could be nothing against you. Why don't you just ask her?

It just sounds like a nervous habit. I do it as well regardless of who it is because I'm shy.

It's her nervous habit :) everyone has one. For me, it's touching my hair. I'm a nervous person by nature so I'm always fidgeting

Well it could be one of two things:
1: They don't really like you and aren't sure how to get you to leave them alone
2: You're the talk of the office and every girl wants to go out with you
