This girl I work with walked by me and said "hey Handsome". What Does It Mean?

She's super into you!! I am friendly and have been accused of flirting when I am not. But I would NEVER EVER call a guy handsome unless I was into him!

For example, right now I am working on a floor at our local hospital. I am a medical researcher, but I see a lot of med students every day. They do these rotations, and I am not at all shy!! But there this guy, who will only be around for a few more days that I have liked for weeks. Today I had a real legit conversation with him and talked way too fast and ended up sounding stupid. So when I had to leave I looked him in the eye and was like "have a good night handsome". There was one other person in the room who made fun of me for my evident crush.

Anyways, its a way of telling a guy you like them without being too forward. I can play it off, if he says anything about it, by saying something like "oh I just thought you were handsome and wanted to complement you". Because I don't even know if he's single. But if he is and he's into me and not too shy who knows.

Do you like her? because if you do, respond by "hi beautiful, how are you?" see what happens it'll make her day!

She was totally being flirty with you, so she must like you! I would never say that to a guy who I don't like because it might confuse him.
