Hi, let's say you have a crush and she's always been friendly, but one day when u walk pass her she's feelin unwell and did not respond to your hi, or anything. But you don't know that she's unwell, will u think of her as arrogant?

that's the thing. you are the only one that knows you were unwell. The guy thinks "god damn it, i missed my chances with this girl and she moved on or something. Actually i wonder if she even ever liked me at all".
Guess telling him straight up that you were his and you feel sorry for not acknowledging him is out of question. when he is around, you can try and tell someone else how sick you were on that day. it's a way of fixing things a bit. if he hears it, he'll understand it.
But trust me, you could use this as a chance to talk to the guy. Next time you meet, just go to him and tell him that you seen him saluting you, but you were too sick that day and not capable of anything, and say you feel sorry. He'll see you care about his feelings. Plus if you do not know for sure if he likes you back. Do not worry. This gesture can be seen as a simple polite gesture. so you are covered for anything.

Confronting a crush, only to be shut down instantly, I think is cathartic. If you don't dwell on it and beat yourself up over it, you can move on. For this reason, I recommend reaching out for your crush and learning if he or she has any interest in you at all.
