Is it a good sign of a girl remembers everything you tell her and says she wants to hang out with out?

I'm giving this girl another shot cause I was too late and I didn't make a move last year in college. I told her I liked her and gave her my number and by that time she was dating another guy. This semester she admitted to creeping on my Instagram and found out we live in the same on campus building and blew my phone up saying we need to catch up cause she never texted me before. We haven't cause she works full time and were both really busy. We text occassionally and she remembers so much about me like knows I played basketball in HS and wants to play and also remembers where I work. I haven't talked to her in 5 months so I'm confused why she remembers all of this.

Worst case scenario: she thinks you're a really awesome friend. Best case (and probably most likely): she likes you and wants to catch up with you because she misses you.

I don't know what's her relationship with her boyfriend, but if she's free, go for it!

She is she didn't contact me until she knew we lived together. Then she said she wanted to catch up. She said she was doing he and laundry last night cause she worked to day and has a test tomorrow. So idk.

Then there's no harm in trying! Try it out, prolly set up something for Friday or during a gap in your classes. I'm not saying stay outside her window playing from a boom box, but at least grab some coffee or lunch and chat! Who knows what might happen?

Even when she's busy she texts back like I asked her if she was free last night and she said she had a test to study for and laundry plus she had to open the storenshe manages and work a double today. She kept asking me questions. I eventually said I'm going to let you focus and stopped responding.

Just don´t be passive aggressive. She is probably that busy. Be nice to her under any circumstances, if she is interested, she will come back to you. You can even ask her if she needs any help with all that stuff. You will show her that you care for her.

Im not asking her again though i gave her my hint and and she's the one who said she brought a basketball. and volleyball from home. I'm just concerned were both really busy and it will never workout.
