It isn't a "Ha! Ha! Ha!" laugh. More of a subdued laugh, and she'll look down. We never really talked and she didn't pay any attention, but after we talked briefly, she always does that now. Sign she's sort of interested?

Yes, it is. Downward cast eyes are a sign of submission and are usually a sign a women is attracted to a guy. Is it foolproof? No. But high percentage chance she's interested. So don't waste time moving things forward if you fancy her.

that's me lol. eye contact make me nervous so I smile and look down or away, whatever if I like the guy or not, I do the same thing... to be sure if she's interesed try to approach her

Could be. I do that to people I don't fancy though as it's just part of me being shy. It does mean she's conscious of how she comes across to you which is a good sign though.

Sounds like she's a bit shy, maybe make her feel more comfortable around you and she won't do it :)
