What does it mean when a girl is looking at a guy and smiles and narrows her eyes?

It's obvious when narrowing one's eyes means the person is annoyed. But what about when a girl is holding her gaze and smiles and narrows her eyes and opens them, with relaxed body language? Is that something along the same lines as a wink?

I mean for me it'd probably be I'm trying to focus since I'm blind without my glasses or most of the time I would do that when I pretend to be mad but just in a playful kind of way.

Yeah, but if it's meant to convey annoyance, even in a playful way, or even squinting to see better, it's almost always coupled with tensing and lowering of the eyebrows. None of that happened. She just looked into my eyes, slowly lowered her eyelids and opened them again and continued to look at me.
